There are three parties bounded by this Terms of Use. First is MiniAdverts.com.au as a Platform Provider. The second is the internet users that put their adverts on this site, which going to be called as Advertizer. The third one is the internet user that visit this web site and use this web site to get the information,called as Visitor.
If you are an Advertizer, you must agree the following conditions below before using this web site.
You will provide a legit and genuine information on your adverts. No racism,no sarcasm,not selling illegal items,no scam, no false contact phone number or false email address is used. Any advert that is considered not legit or illegal will be removed by Platform Provider without any warning. We also will remove your advert if we receive several negative reports from Visitors. Any pending adverts that has been neglected for more than a week will be deleted by our system automatically. So, we expect you to activate your advert as soon as possible after you submit your advert on our site.
You will put your advert under the proper category. If you don't know which category that your advert could be fit in, please select Miscellaneous from the Category dropdown list. From time to time the Platform Provider team member will help you to put your advert under the proper category.
There is no limit on how many advert you can submit with us each day,but each advert should be unique and different. We would consider the advert as a spam if it is posted repeatedly on the same day. And we would remove it and might be put your email address on our black list. Once your email address has been listed on our black list, you would not be able to post any advert on our site using the same email address you currently use.
Platform Provider doesn't guarantee on how long your advert would be kept. For the sake of performance we only keep the last 10.000 (ten thousands) records.
Either you are an Advertizer or a Visitor, you must agree our Disclaimer before using this web site. And both are agreed that Platform Provider has reserved the right to modify this Terms of Use anytime.
